Stefan Casteleyn vs Ronen Goldberg

In as great a demonstration of squash as we are likely to see, Stefan Casteleyn and Ronen Goldberg treated The Sports Club's crowd to an exhibition match on March 3, 2004. Combining power, speed, deception and amazing racquet control, the two players pushed each other with rallies that seemed to go on forever. Stefan and Ronen are sensational athletes and also great sports with a love of the game that was a fine example for new and veteran squashers in the audience.

Stefan regularly works over our best local players, who are pressed to win a single point in a match. Ronen, who almost does the same, stayed with Stefan for three exciting games 15-9, 15-11, 14-15, until Stefan's superior conditioning and skills overwhelmed even Ronen, with Stefan taking the fourth game 15-1.

All SoCAl squash fans are lucky to have two such incredible players in the local community.

Dude, why don't you go take pictures of the match?	Meanwhile, on the exhibition court . . .	Hey, when do I get to hit?	This is more like it!
The guys might be off the court, but we're still mesmerized.	Watch his footwork darling, you need to work on that . . .	Yeah, I think she learned a lot about her game tonight.	Another day, another new mission . . .
